Grab your helmet and bike, and wheel down to Magnuson Park for our bike extravaganza called BikeMania, on Wednesday, Aug. 9, noon to 3 p.m. in Hangar 30 the park, located at 7400 Sand Point Way NE.
This FREE event is produced jointly by Cascade Bicycle Club Education Foundation, Trips for Kids Seattle, and Seattle Parks and Recreation's Magnuson Community Center.
Join us for an afternoon of fun and excitement, including bicycling demonstrations, stunts. jumps and tips featuring BMX Pro Rider, Nick Halsey from MacNeil Bikes. Take a "skillz and thrillz" ride in the Rodeo Stunt Course or practice street riding skills in the Tour de Magnuson outdoor guided rides. You can also play bike games and win prizes or decorate your bike and join in our annual Bike Parade! Bikes and helmets provided for the Rodeo Stunt Course only or bring your own.
Activities are for all ages and skill levels and all types of bikes. Parents/guardians must sign waiver forms if you are riding in any of the activities.
