Try asking your employer about offering a monthly transportation subsidy. I read an article this weekend in the Seattle PI that basically talked about how many local business's including Boeing, Starbucks, Microsoft, offer free bus passes and other transportation subsidies. It will lead to happy employees, help the envirnment and tax breaks.
