Seattle / Capitol Hill - What an interesting building
I see all these new changes coming to Capitol Hill. I noticed this building about a month ago. I still can't decide if I like it or not. Any thoughts on this building?

Aside from the cabling for the electric buses--no thought of using third rails?--the building is very attractive.
