Amazon might be on to something by firing people who don't perform. I personally love it; however, at the same time I see the fear people might have. If every organization did this, we would end up with half as many teachers, we'd have to fire most of our elected officials and we'd lose at least 3/4 of the State Employees. We could always just throw the underperforming employees into a "Hunger Games" like battle with the last one standing keeping their job. Someone make that movie, I'd watch it.
